Admission Process

Eligibility Criteria for Admission to I year of the Course in CARTE-ITI: The minimum qualification for admission to I year of the course for all the trades except Sewing Technology is High School pass from any Board and for Sewing Technology is VIII class pass. Desired candidates are required to apply for admission online on website “www.scvtup.in”. The candidates should also mention the name of institute of their Centre Choice – Centre For Agrarian Research Training Education (CARTE) Private ITI with its code number 1481. Selected Candidates are informed by SMS on mobile phone, mentioned in online admission form and selection result also appears on website. Selected Candidates are also sent Call letters intimating them of their selection in the course with the name of institute. The candidates are required to contact the allotted centre with call letter, documents of qualification in original and two sets of document’s photocopies, two recent passport size photographs, Aadhar Card, etc. The candidates may aproch the centre for admission even after closing of online process. Admission will be offered to such candidates if a vacancy exists. The admission process usually closes in the middle of August every year.

Course Duration

The duration of courses in Fitter, Electrician and Electronic Mechanic trades is two years whereas for COPA and Sewing Technology trades the duration of course is one year only.

Fee Structure

Following fee is chargeable from the students of the trade Admission fee from Fitter, Electrician and Electronic Mechanic students is Rs 12000 and from COPA and Sewing Technology students is Rs 3000. It is one time payment.

Tution fee

For the trades of Fitter, Electrician and Electronic Mechanic Rs 1200 per month For the trades of COPA and Sewing Technology Rs 800 per month A provision of scholarship also exists for deserving students from UP Government and CARTE Guest lectures are also arranged in our ITI by specialists on topics like – English Grammar, English Speaking, Employability, Fabric Painting, Creative Paperwork, etc. It also run other courses from time to time to meet the requirements of industry CARTE-ITI is registered with National Institute of Entrepreneurship and Small Business Development (NIESBD) and so it runs short-term courses from time to time with their support. CARTE-ITI has also been licensed under the scheme of Skill Development Initiative (SDI) of Government of India for running the following courses:

• 2. Tailor and Basic Sewing Operator
• 3. Computer fundamentals.

A CARTE –GMA (Ghaziabad Management Association) forum for skill development and training has been formed for exchange of ideas between personnals of industry & other employers and institutions engaged in skill development and training.
